In regard to Personal Training, all new clients must undergo a full functional screening and assessment before training will begin. The evaluation process for personal training is the same as described in "What To Expect". Your sequential sessions however can either be one on one or done on your own with scheduled "check-ins" to evaluate your progress before your program is advanced to the next level.
