After I had my first child, I was shocked how weak I had become. But with limited time and energy, working out was low on my priority list. Then I met Stacey. I will admit I was skeptical at first, as an Occupational Therapist I was well versed on muscle function and correct exercise techniques and had often witnessed personal trainers working with their clients incorrectly. But, I decided to give it a try and Stacey exceeded my expectations! Not only did she truly understand the human body but she also took the time to tailor the exercises to meet my needs (limited time and space!). She kept it fresh and challenging but with constant attention to correct technique. Thanks to Stacey I surpassed my pre-baby weight and strength/endurance! I have even used some of the exercises she taught me with my patients. ~Melissa M.
Ok Stacey- I finally pulled my past marathon times - and the verdict is - I beat my fast time from 2011's Chicago marathon (5:01) by 8 Minutes AND compared to last years Nike Marathon in San Fran - (5:20) , I improved by a HUGE 27 minutes!!!! Thank you sooooooo much! - Cathie N.
Stacey is simply wonderful at what she does. She combines all of the best qualities one needs when looking to improve their movement and physical performance - expertise, compassion, attention to detail, ability to deliver desired results and humor. Stacey's knowledge of the body and ability to help improve things like movement, stability and mobility is phenomenal. I first saw her shortly after I was injured, and could not have asked for more compassion or ability to help me feel better quickly. She does her job incredibly well, and we actually laugh while she's helping me. ~Steve M.
You are an amazing person and personal trainer. I decided this was my last resort to "getting fit" and you have made it an experience I never imagined. I'm very excited to continue to find the new "ME" ! I realize I have a ways to go however with the PUSH, ENCOURAGEMENT and SUPPORT you provide I believe I can get there one day at a time!

Stacey is an amazing instructor! She is so engaging and customizes all workouts and meal plans for your specific needs. I started working out with Stace over a year ago and have been in the best shape of my life!! She makes the
workouts different each day to keep you excited to see what's next. She continues to challenge and push just enough and you are seeing positive results in no time! Are you an active person? You workout regularly and spend your free time doing various activities outdoors? But are you really doing ALL you can for your body, fitness level and health? I thought I was. I worked out 6 days a week and spent my free time mountain biking, rock climbing, running, hiking etc. I felt like I had plateaued so I signed up for Stacey's boot camp class, as a skeptic. What could she possibly have me do that I hadn't already done? Well, after a commitment to her program, a lot of hard work and many good times- my body changed for the first time in years. I grew stronger than I had ever been, had more energy and felt good. I learned to eat better and learned the "why" behind all the exercises and routines we did. Not only was my body improving, but I was learning. Stacey possess a wide range of knowledge and experience. She is very engaged with her clients, fine tunes programs to meet their needs and address any issues/injuries that may be limiting growth. But most importantly, all this happens as you have fun. Yes it's hard, at first. Then suddenly, you can't figure out how you worked out without the skills you've acquired and why you waited so long. Don't wait. Thanks Stacey for being such an incredible trainer. I love how you always change the workouts around so it's never boring and always challenging but fun at the same time. Your knowledge of the body and how it works is quite impressive. I became stronger but also leaner. Who would have thought that a 55 year old woman could complete a 1/2 marathon not once but 3 times!! With your guidance and determination to see goals completed, I've learned nothing is impossible!
