Appointments are available inside the CrossFit Evergreen building. $75 per session with discounts available for multiple sessions. Initial assessment must be completed before training can begin.
Sessions last between 40-60 min. depending on your goals and needs. Training will include body work such as specialized stretching & mobilization, tissue manipulation with massage techniques, and strength and conditioning. |
One-on-one training with Stacey is very focused. She hones in on your specific goals, your capabilities, your functional
capacities, strengths, weaknesses, and she molds you into the athlete you want to become...or at least look like one. One-on-One
(prices do not include initial assessment fee of $125) Package of 3 - $200 (save $25) Package of 6 - $400 (save $50). Package of 12 - $800 (save $100). Buddy Training Individual assessments must be completed prior to training.
