The soles of our feet are the most pro-prioeceptively rich parts of our body. What does that mean?? Well, it means that our brain receives input from our feet more than anywhere else on the body. The feet tell our brain what we're standing on, how fast we're moving, whether we're balanced...and a whole lot of other critical information that allows us to do perform a basic stroll in the park or win the gold medal in the 100m. So, give your sole mates a few minutes of your time and they'll likely give YOU 90 years or so.
